How hard is it to replace the shaft seal on the top near the drive block. It leaks from there as I replaced the tub seal already. Do I just pull the old one out and squeeze the new ones in? Any help would be appreciated.

It leaks when a large load as the water goes up to the shaft seal and I can visible see it's loose around the shaft. ALSO is this a place where i should add some grease or leave it as is?
The Roper has been a great machine and if I can stop this leak, I can keep it going another 5 or more years.
