Gentlemen,
I inherited a TFX22ZPBE WW side-to-side fridge with the house. Been using it for 2+ years without major issues.

The other day I opened the freezer door and noticed a dripping sound, followed by a fizzing sound.
Basically it sounded like some condensation was dripping on a hot surface, like water drops on a stovetop.

As you can see in the video, looks like something failed (look at the burnt zip-tie) and overheated.

I haven't noticed the issue since, everything seems to be working normally.

Can you give me your opinion on what could be happening and the recommended steps to repair it?

It just looks like a normal defrost sequence to me. The fridge may have been worked on before, but they all make the water dripping on defrost element sound, it's a hot element.
If it's running good, I wouldn't worry.
