When I try to operate the dryer it ignites but then quickly goes out and then it ignites again then goes out the third time it tries to ignite but does not.

The dryer starts up runs for 3 minutes and the the flame goes out. I see an orange glow like it's trying to start but it just will not fire.

After reading a couple of other post with similar problems it appears that it could be the coil. After looking at the diagram and parts list there is 2 coils how do I know which one to order.

I would advise you both replace the coils ... They should be replaced every 5 years for best dryer performance.
