No ice being made. The LED diagnostics indicate that the ice maker is in the harvest mode, but there is no ice to harvest. This indication is constant. What should be my next step?

Replaced ice maker unit. Works as new. The Appliance Parts Pro video made the job very simple. One thing I can add to the video: The nylon connector that connects the ice maker assembly wiring to the refrigerator wiring has a recessed clip on one side that must be depressed to separate them. At least that's how it was on my particular unit. Took me a few minutes to figure that out. It's hard to see.
