Hello, my washer broke the belt and when I took off the front cover I could see that the steel tabs under the motor were bent due to catching on the floor of the washer during agitation. It looks like that's what broke my belt as the tab was bent into it and cut it. Is there anything other than the sagging apron issue that would cause this? Your website says that the sagging apron repair kit is not compatible with my washer, so I was wondering if this unit was not affected (supposedly) by this issue, then what else would cause the motor to hang too low?

Check out the support arms. They are usually not a problem but occasionally can break.

Gosh all I can say is to lift up on the motor and see what gives, that is, what parts bend or allow the motor to be raised. That should pinpoint your problem.
