I Have A Ge Harmony Profile Gas Dryer And It Really Wierd. When Outside Temp Drops Below 70 And Or Room Temp That Dryer Is In Drops Below 75 Degrees , It Will Not Turn On . You Can Press Anything No Clicking, Nothing Lights Up , Like Dryer Is Dead. But If I Put Heater In Room For An Hour And Heat Up To Like 85 Degrees It Works Fine And I Checked There Are No Codes . Anybody Have Any Ideas? Any Temp Sensors? Maybe Circuit Board? Please Help ! I Have Dealt With This All Last Winter With Heater , Hot Days In Summer No Problem Works Fine. Thanks Glenn

It sounds like it could be a bad thermistor. Test the thermistor(s) with a meter first, and make sure your igniter working at cooler temps. The igniter has to get white hot in order to work, which could be the reason for the machine not working at cooler temps.

AP3794646 is the part number at Appliance Parts Pros.com. When you look up the part, there will be a diagram showing the location.

Replaced Thermistor On Dryer Vent By Fan , Checked Value On Thermostat In Vent And They Are Closed And Ok. Still When Room Temp Or Outside Temp Falls Below 70 When U Hit Power Nothing Happens , Nothing Even Lights Up , Totally Dead., If I Heat Room Up For An Hour Everything Works Fine. Maybe Main Board? Also I See There Is Another Thermister On Back Of Dryer Could This Also Be A Problem?
