I've tried turning knob 360 degrees like I read on another forum and it didn't work. It also shuts off during wash cycle sometimes. Now only works on Easycare setting. It is also making lots of noise during spin cycle. Took it out and found suspension straps look bad. Can anyone please help with this issue?

Take off the front panel by inserting a thin screw driver or think putty knife in the gap between the top and front near the edges to release the clips that hold the front panel on.
