Frigidaire/Electrolux FER211AS2 Dryer:
The dryer heats and runs. It does not fully dry clothes when on auto. I must run the cycle twice in order to get dry clothes. To my knowledge the dryer does not have a moisture sensor. I have ensured that the interior of the dryer and case are clean, as well as my vent lines. I have performed a continuity test on the high limit thermostat, the cycling thermostat, and the heating element (10-11ohms). All items had continuity. Thoughts on what the issue may be? While the heating element tested Ok, and passed a grounding check, the upper portion of the element shield is slightly rusted, not sure if that is an indication of an issue.

I would test the thermal limiter for continuity. I would also check the blower wheel housing for obstructions, and be sure the exhaust hose is not too long for proper venting.
