Getting the clean led blinking 7 times. Water is not getting hot. Checked the heater element and got 13 ohms (spec 10-30). Checked the door contacts, high limit thermostat and the thermal fuse. All are closed. Is it the control board? Could it be the thermistor?

See the attachment for the tech sheet

Check the heater circuit at the control board P6 to the NO (white) side or the door switch. You will have to hold the door switch closed. This will check the heater, the hi-limit and the wiring.

If OK then I would check the thermistor.

If all is OK then odds are that it is the control board.
