Hi gsnake,
Do you remember what you did to fix your fridge? When you fixed the wire, did that fix the problem? I am having the same trouble with mine. I have not taken the cover off the back of the freezer yet to inspect the fan/coils but was wondering if you found nothing else?

yes, I replaced the motor (small motor) as someone suggested. (evaporator motor)
