when rinse cycle comes up, not enough water. have 2 rinse 2 or 3 times 2 get soap out. doesn't rinse level should be as high as the washing level? screen is clean and valves work fine all through the other cycles. It doesn't put nearly as much water to rinse as it does to wash. thanks for some input

This is normal unless you have the fabric softener switch turned on. With that switch on, you should get a rinse level the same as wash level as well as a little extra spin time. The low level and reduced spin time with switch off is the energy saving "feature" of your washer.
