The switch on the door that you push in with a glass or cup to have ice come out no longer returns to the off position. Once you remove the glass it stays stuck in and doesn't come out. The light stays on and the ice keeps coming out. You can stop it by pulling it out with your hands, if you remove the glass and don't pull it out the ice will just keep on going. I dont see any way to get behind the switch either, doesnt anyone have any idea how to possibly fix this myself? I have attached what it looks like. It's the main part in the middle there with the three ice cube icons. Push it in, ice comes out, remove the glass, ice keeps on coming out. You need to use your fingers and pull it back out so the connection stops and the ice stops as well. Cayaco attached the following image(s):

Hi, Cayaco.
To evaluate the damage you should remove the dispenser cover. It could be the broken post or the spring. You need to use a flat screw driver or a small putty knife to pry the bottom of the frame off. Be careful not to scratch the door, use a rag or a small towel as a cushion. Lift up on the frame and remove it. After that you will have the access to the screws that holds the cover.
Thank you,
Simon.
