installed at night and it filled correctly first time, in the morning had about 24 cubes in bin.
Next day no water or ice in ice tray in the morning... same issue as before....

We live on a hill = low pressure... wondering if I should increase the water dispersement screw? Has worked since 1997 though....

If ice forms in the spout or tube leading into the ice maker, there is a problem with the water valve leaking past.
Make sure there is no filter problem causing low water flow.
The adjustment screw will allow it to fill for a longer or shorter period of time, but it sounds like no water is reaching the ice mold at all.
If all else fails, a universal replacement ice maker can be installed.
