Good Morning.

My daughter stepped on an open dishwasher door. I now have no spring resistance when the door lowers, and when I slide out the bottom rack, it is no longer a smooth slide, I have sort of a "speed bump" when I hit the door.

I figure I will need new springs. My questions are:

1) What springs to order?
2) How do I know if I need new hinges? If I need to order, what do I order?
3) How hard is this repair?
4) Do I need to remove the stainless cover from the door?
5) I have found the videos for spring replacement and spring link replacement, but haven't found one for hinge replacement if I need that.

Thanks!
