My side-by-side will be running then it sounds like it stops, immediately followed by three beeps, then starts again. Does anyone know if this is normal or is it signaling a maintenance notice? Nothing shows up on digital display when this happens. Thanks

Hi.

Unfortunately Frigidaire keeps their secrets hidden from the consumers and the repair people alike. The tree beeps could mean that the thermistor is bad or possibly the control board has to be replaced. Try this first: unplug the fridge and open the fresh food section door for about 5 min. Then plug the fridge back in and when it start beeping close the door. Force be with you!!!
The control board for your refrigerator is

Part number: AP5645865
Part number: AP5645865

Good luck. Please keep us posted of the results.

Thank you,

Simon.
