Hi,
I have a Samsung fridge RF263aers that has developed a small ice patch on the interior back wall that is freezing the food that sits close to it.

I have unplugged the fridge completely for a day to thaw it out, but within a few hours, condensation builds up and starts to freeze again in the same place. It seems to be over a seam at the back.

I have also vacuumed all the dust off the back of the fridge but there is a solid backing so can't get to any of the coils to vacuum.

Please help? What do I do next?

Thanks,

Hi.

In order to help you we need a complete model number of the refrigerator, the one that you posted is missing some letters after the slash.
I assume that the problem is in the fresh food section. Do you think you can open the rear cover and describe how the evaporator coil and the condensation drip pan looks like? Best if you can post the picture.

Thank you,

Simon.
