I have been receiving a F51 error code on our Maytag Bravos XL washing machine. I reviewed several online YouTube videos to check this problem. I successfully removed and reinstalled the basket and there were no articles of clothing between the drum and the outer basket. The only items found were a couple of hair pins that were clogging a couple of holes. I also checked the circuit board connections and they seemed clean/solid. After reassemble an empty load ran fine, small load was also successful.
On the first larger load (just got back from vacation....) I got the code again.

NOTE: After removing the basket from the washer there is fluid in the basket itself. It did not leak out after removal (that I could tell) and I could not find anything on line that notes an engineered fluid on the basket itself. Is there supposed to be fluid in the basket at all times?

Next step to change out the RPS sensor?

Any help would be great.

UPDATE: Found answer on fluid in the basket on another forum, it is designed that way. Moving on to the RPS sensor replacement.
