The number pad on my new GE Profile Double Oven is working only partially.
The 8, 9 and 0 will not operate.
In the directions, you are told to hold the 9 and 0 for 3 seconds and they will lock or unlock. This doesn't happen. They remain locked.:confused:
Please help.

I think there may be some confusion here.

If the control keypad is locked none of the buttons will work except the 9 and 0 to unlock the keypad. Also the control display will show "Locked"

Since the unit is new I would put a call in for service and get it fixed under warranty.
