I have replaced the fill valve but still no water at all. I can hear and feel them buzzing but no water.

run a diagnostic cycle this may help you narrow your problem. Instructions on how to do this can be found on youtube.com

We would need the model number to be of any help. Can't know if it even has electronic control with any diagnostic mode without it.
