My fridge is maintaining 44-46, freezer 2-4. And the ice maker isn't filling. I've had three different outfits come out, and none have a clue. We have replaced the damper and the fan motor that is with the ice maker up inside the fridge. The last person to come out was a whirlpool certified tech. He put the fridge into diagnostics and said everything works fine. He called the whirlpool tech line, and the guy suggested the damper and fan motor. We replaced them to no avail. We're looking at having to replace a 3-yr-old fridge. Any suggestions?

Hi.
Have they checked the sealed system? Did someone opened the evaporator to see how the coils are covered with the frost? One more thing I can think of - does the lights in the refrigerator turns off when the doors are closed?
