Have a GE Monogram ZISS420DRSS 42" built-in side-by-side refrigerator (it's about 10 years old). Like many such models, the water dispenser has started freezing frequently. I've confirmed it's happening in the water line right behind the dispenser itself and have temporary remedies (like putting weed whacker line up the tube so I can pull out the ice when it forms, using hairdryer to warm the tube, etc.).

Was wondering if anyone knows if GE WR49X10173 heater works on this model, and if so, can assist with instructions on how I can install (looks like I'd have to remove the stainless steel door shell to get the dispenser open, etc.)?
