The oven itself works fine (heating and cooking that is) but..... when oven is not in use and the unit's door is closed,the turntable continues to rotate as if it is warming something up but.... no cooking or heating occurs. And when the door is opened ,the rotating turntable stops Any advice

The cause of the problem you have is, most likely, melted together contacts inside the turntable relay at the main control board. Unless there is a separate button on the touchpad (and I think there is one on yours) that operates the turntable. Try to press it and...who knows, you may get lucky! If no luck, then it could be the shorted key in the touchpad. Unplug the microwave, remove the air grille and open the control panel. Locate and disconnect the flex ribbon connector at the control board. Plug the unit back in and if the turntable is not turning replace the touchpad. If it still turning, replace the main control board. Well, you have another solution to this problem! It is going to cost you more money but less pain and chances of miss diagnostics: you may replace the whole control panel assembly which includes both the touchpad and the control board.
