My fridge just stopped working. Heres what I checked:Bimetal sensor (closed when cold open when warm), heating element 28 Ohms, Fan measures 84 ohms and works when connected to AC outside fridge, condenser gets cold when unit plugged in. Does all this point to having a BAD ADC.

I think you have the evaporator (freezer) and the condenser (under the unit) mixed up.
If this is correct then it could be the ADC. It controls the evaporator/freezer fan

If the above is not correct then it is probably a wire/connection problem as the condenser fan is wired in parallel with the compressor.

Ok you are right I had it wrong it is the evaporator. Is there any way to check the ADC board to make sure.

There is no way to test the ADC.

Below is the tech sheet.
You could check the wiring for the evaporator fan.
Just to be sure that the heater and defrost thermostat and their wiring are OK.
