I don't have the range's model number right now, but the "improved" part # for the control panel that is known to be defective is W10122295. A google search showed non responsive keypad is due to liquid getting into the electronics. The new design (not a recall, so expense is on owner) fixes the issue. My question is, has anyone here been able to fix the old pad? Not ready to spend $180-200 on the new part right now. Typically, the old pad still shows clock and "PF" (power failure) but buttons are non responsive. "Unlocking" and power cycling (at appliance and breaker box) show no improvement. Top gas burner (all analog/manual controls) still work. Thanks!
