I have a KitchenAid Model ZIS480NM Refrigerator that seems to be cooling fine, except that the wall between the frig compartment and the freezer is warm all the time on the front face, top to bottom. The front plastic has discolored a bit from the heat. Is this a big problem? If so, do you have any Ideas as to what is wrong?

It is normal for this part to be warm on the units. However, make sure the condenser coils are clean and your condenser fan motor is running good. This will affect how hot the mullion gets on the unit.
