Over the weekend I noticed that my refrigerator GE Cafe CYE23TSDSS started building up ice inside by the vents and wasn't cooling properly. The freezer has no build up, but I think it's not cooling much anymore..after doing some grocery shopping yesterday and putting meatballs in the freezer, they didn't seem frozen the next day. I checked the seals around the doors and everything seems fine. Had the refrigerator only about two years. Started taking it apart to defrost everything, here are some pictures: refrigerator - Album on ImgurWhat could be the problem here?

The frost is what's causing it, but why is the frost building up?
