Originally ice maker was not keeping up. Noticed freezer temp was not real cold. Lowered set point and temp dropped only to go back up later that day. Within days, both refrigerator and freezer not keeping temps. Fan is running. No sign of frost build up etc. have replaced control board and the exact same thing - fan runs but no cold air. Any suggestions

Hi, Tom.

Have you checked if the condenser fan motor is running and condenser coils are clean? If it's fine, remove the evaporator cover in the freezer and see how the coils are covered with frost. In case if the coils are not covered completely with even frost pattern there is a sealed system problem and you need a professional repairman or if it's an old fridge consider other options

Thank you and keep us posted.

Best,

Simon.
