Was told to replace the washer timer switch pt#3948357A, replaced the part and its doing the same identical thing before I replace it. What could be the problem?

Be more specific, I have no idea what you mean by "will not complete rinse cycle". We are volunteer techs who check in periodically during the day so you will not get an immediate response.

Hi.
Can you, please describe more detailed how the washer not completing the rinse cycle. Also, do you have cold water? Have you checked the temperature switch settings?
