Freezer doesn't get cold enough, refrigerator seems fine . compressor and fan both seem to be functioning normally. Cleaned dust and lint out of the bottom coils. Freezer only gets down to 20 degrees F.

Here are your parts Parts for Amana ARS2665AW / PARS2665AW0 Refrigerator - AppliancePartsPros.com compressor and fan both seem to be functioning normally. I am assuming you are talking about the compressor and it's fan. Does the freezer/evaporator fan also run OK? By "normally" do ypou mean that the compressor is cycling on/off? If yes then odds are that it is a thermostat problem. |

By "normally" I meant that the compressor is cycling on and off. The fan is operating also. By thermostat problem do you mean the Thermostat dial on the the control panel or the probe and related wiring, hardware, etc.

The control thermostat is item 1402 in section 10 of the parts. It controls the compressor and the fans. All 3 items should work together. See the attachment for the tech sheet, it may be useful to you. |
