I'm not sure what happened, but when I went to grab a few cubes of ice yesterday, the ice bin contained a few cubes of ice in a pool of solid ice. There was even a stalagmite of ice between the ice maker and the ice cube bin. I cycled the manual shut off bar up and down without any positive results (or ice). How and where do I check for blockages or some other component that commonly stops working?

Hello NoiceinByron. It sounds like the water valve failed and will need to be replaced. Also, clean out any ice in the unit and unthaw the fill tube on the unit. Part number: AP3879407
