Hello. GE Gas Dryer with above symptom. Replaced Coils, same symptom. Initially, flame burns for 1-3 min when dryer is cold. Once it sort of warms up, then I get no flame at all even when letting it cool and starting a new dry cycle. Then, I just get the Igniter cycling On for 15 sec and Off for 30 sec, but no further ignition once the initial flame goes out (if it lights at all). Igniter glows Orange and reads 400 ohms resistance. Flame Sensor has continuity. All Thermostats have continuity, and seem to open OK when heated to correct temps. For a while in the past, I did get the loud buzzing noise when the Gas/Flame would turn on, but of course that noise has stopped now since I get no flame. Old Gas Coils and New Gas Coils all read the same (correct) resistance vaules as provided by this site. Any ideas? Could my new Coils be bad? Any assistance is appreciated.

Hello kwillindy. Make sure the igniter is not weak and not getting hot enough to light the gas. If so, you will need to replace the igniter. If it is good, then it sounds like the gas valve assembly will need to be replaced on the unit.
