Hi everyone - looking for some assistance, TIA

Dryer will turn on, spin, but no heat.

Checked for continuity on the High limit thermostat, inlet safety thermo, outlet control thermo, flame detector. Changed the gas coils too.

Took the drum out to but plugged the door and control panel back in and no glow on ignitor but it has resistance.

Powers up, blower runs, but no glow at all. Any ideas?

Please give the full model number. There are many different versions of this model.

I think this one is a little too involved to try and help much over this forum. The ignitor is not going to work with the drum out because the drive motor needs to be running in order for it to work and the drive motor won't work with drum out unless you bypass the belt switch. You would need to check for 120vac at the control board orange wire at J2 or at the inlet safety thermostat. This would tell you that the control board is trying to turn the burner on. You also have to check out the neutral circuit which goes through the steam interlock relay, another relay on the control board and the motor switch. Check your wiring diagram for details.

Thank you for the heads up. I will re-install the drum & belt tonight then give it a shot.

Performed extensive troubleshooting following the wire schematics and it was the igniter. Ordered and received in 1 week. Installed and put the unit back and heat is on. Thanks
