My dryer is about 13 years old. It still works but has always struggled to fully dry clothes, likely because of the very long vent tube at my house (about 25 ft with two s-turns). How crazy is it to replace my blower motor with a stronger version to compensate for the long tube?

Not feasible. The drum drive motor and blower motor are one in the same on most models. A pulley on one end of the motor drive shaft drives the belt for the drum and the blower wheel on the other end pulls the air through. Give us your model number but most likely yours does not have a separate blower motor. Try doing a load with the duct disconnected to determine if the long duct is the cause of your long dry times.

The model number is SEDX600JQ1, one of the Whirlpools made for Costco.

That's a Kirkland Signature made by Whirlpool. Standard Whirlpool rear access model with one motor for simultaneous operation of rotating the drum and the blower wheel.
