Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 4/27/2015(UTC) Posts: 1		I have replaced the simmer controller twice over the years and am facing replacement again for a feature I never use. It seems I should be able to replace the potentiometers with standard switches , remove the solenoid valves and bypass the controller. Can this be done and what ells would I have to do?
