My fridge compressor stop working and the water dispenser stop dispensing water .....I notice everything after I see water on the floor everything started to melt..

So I went to the back and check the relay the capacitor and the overload ...I remove the ptc relay and shake and it was rattling alot took it apart and see a litle burn mark on the plastic wall ..but the I side the relay components look fine not burn ....so I bough a new relay. ..when It arrive the new oem 60$ was also rattling ....i think it was weird ....so I put it on the fridge and it still not working ...compressor won't star ...all fans star ..I dint hear any buzzing or anything whatsoever the only thi g I hear clicki g is a relay on the motherboard everytime I plug it and unplug it ... thats it ..

I purchase a 3 n1 subco ... ..and connect it and it star right away :) so the compressor works....but when I was installing in it ...the instructions say to connect the three wires to the compressor and the other two wires to the ptc relay overload wires ...I did that and nothing hPpen ...I relize I wasent getting a neutral from the capacitor nor the overload cable ..so I connect the neutral straight from the wall plug ..... and thats how it start.....

But now 2 days later ....compressor is running 24/7 ...fridge and ice are working fine ...water dispenser is NOT working. But ice maker is... weird ..

Now I dont know wat to check ..if the overload has continuity on every terminal .
capacitor show to test fine
ptc relAy is new but still rattles ..

Wat should I check or change ...by the way I put a 13$ thermostat from ******** inside the ice cooler. I dont want to leave this 3n1subco and have my compressor running 24/7nonstop
