The washer will not spin. It drains and agitates from what our renters tell us. Any help would be nice. Switch lid works, we had them check that out. The parts I was told to get were a spin bearing and belt. Is there something else and maybe a little help as to how to do the repair. Thanks so much

It is not the belt if it agitates. You need to get the renters to take off the front panel and observe the machine when it is in spin mode. If the motor and belt are turning the problem could be the transmission.
