I replaced the belt in my dryer and i noticed that the idler puller was a guide and not a pulley wheel. My question is this, will this guide burn up my new belt or is it fine since that is what that model calls for .... i turned it on and it seems fine but since i see the wheel on the replacement part im not so sure.

Here are your parts Replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL LER8648LW0 | AppliancePartsPros.com My question is this, will this guide burn up my new belt or is it fine since that is what that model calls for All I can say that the guide will shorten the belt lifetime, by how much I do not know. It is obvious that Whirlpool tried to so save a few cents and it did not work out as you can only get the idler wheel assembly now. |
