The exploded view here on Repair Forum shows the part but is not a complete diagram with all the other stuff that has to come apart to get to it. is there a step by step or video?

I've been trying to go in through the back and turns out I should be going in through the front control panel. I haven't done it yet so I may be back to you. thanks again, Jeff
