Maytag RTP1900CAE has leak inside from evaporator. You can see in the attached photo where it is leaking. The drain hole itself is clear so I'm guessing there is an obstruction after the hole. I believe if I could remove the upper panel inside the refrigerator I could see what is going on but I don't know how to remove it. (I had a Maytag technician out today and he took out the bottom panel in the freezer and said the hole was clear but he gave up on trying to disassemble it any further).

Here is a picture showing where it is leaking. But I don't know how to get to this area.
