I would appreciate some help. This is a side by side unit in my garage The freezer works great. The fridge gets way too cold even when on the very warmest setting. Everything freezes. I have replaced the thermostat recently. The elements are clean and it has good ventilation (although I do have some things (boxes, etc.) stored on top of the fridge). Any help/opinions will be greatly appreciated. Russ

Your model numbner looks incomplete,
I think there is one or two letters after the G but before the 00.

Also a temperature for the freezer would be helpful.
It should be between 0 and 5 degrees F.

Check if the control actually opens/closes the damper between thye sections.
