Hello, The Ice maker stopped working. The bin is empty of all ice. Water dispenser on front of fridge works fine. It sounds like the refrigeration unit in the ice maker is working. There is a plastic arm that is on the left side of the ice maker. It is tucked up. Should it be down? Tried pulling down on it slightly but seems to be firm in it's position. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

From what you are describing that is the control arm.
The arm goes up when the ice tray moves into position to receive water.
It should be down when the tray moves into evaporator fingers for freezing.
When it is down a switch closes.

I just installed a new one and observed this.
