I have 2 different problems.
1) For years, my clothes sometimes get caught up between the upper part of the drum and the door. Sometimes there are brown streaks on the clothes. What part might cause this?
2) Recently it began squeaking. It will squeak the entire cycle. It is a very loud, high pitched squeak! From what I've read, it can be a number of things...any suggestions on what is most common on these particular dryers?
