My Washer Will Not Advance To The Spin Cycle, The Cycle Light Just Flashes On Spin.

I Have Taken The Back Off And Ran A 'drain And Spin' Cycle And It Does Spin. My The Clothes Are Soaking And I Have To Ring Them Out By Hand Before Putting Into The Dryer.

Given cost of a new board I think you have two choices. Manually operate but running the drain and spin cycle if that wrings out the clothes, or replacing it. The cost of the part is just prohibitive compared to the cost of a new, basic top loader.
