Model CE2950XSW3 - no heat. Had bad thermal cutoff, bad hi limit thermostat, and bad cycling thermostat. Replaced all and put in new element at the same time. (240v power tests OK, thermal fuse tests OK, thermostat heater for cycling thermostat tests OK, and the existing blower fan blows strong.) Also thoroughly cleaned the chute and ducting - like new. After replacing the above mentioned parts it heated properly for a few cycles and then the thermal cutoff opened again - and once again no-heat. Before I install another new thermal cutoff, is there a reason other than clogged ducting that would cause it to run hot and blow out the thermal cutoff? Could it be bad seals? Thanks

Yes, sounds like insufficient air flow through the heater box.
