Hey All, new here. I am a service tech in the alarm, security, access control and video surveillance industry - don't know much about Frigs/freezers. I have noticed over the past month or so that the freezer side is not cold like it once was. Now it's at about 30 degrees and won't cool below that.

The Evap fan is running and the condenser fan is running, and I assume the compressor must be working, if only a little bit since it is cooling some. I have had to replace the defrost heater, defrost thermostat and evap fan in the past (not all at the same time - has been running fine for a year since last repair).

Please help me figure out why it is not cooling properly.

Thanks,
Gordon
