Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Senior Expert Joined: 3/29/2009(UTC) Posts: 11,699		Hard to say, I suggest you remove the cabinet, pump, motor and see if the brakes are hanging up in some way or there is a problem with the clutch or brake cam. A video of how to take it apart is on this site.
