So recently replaced the clutch and repaired a crack in the outer tub of my washer. It spins perfectly when empty but if you put 1/2 load of clothes in it barley spins. What could be causing this?

Check the clutch to make sure it is operating correctly and check the brakes to make sure they are releasing, but that is probably not where the problem lies.

It could be the drive block, which is kinda unusual but when you have eliminated everything else that is pretty much what is left.
