The touch screen on the front of our refrigerator has stopped responding to touch. The refrigerator appears to work fine, but we cannot change any settings. Any clue if there is a quick fix or are we looking at a replacement screen?

jeh101, I just noticed this same problem with my Whirlpool (same model number) this past week. It must be a new problem for this model because I have searched online and cannot find anything. We bought our refrigerator about 4 years ago.

Hello,
I am having the same problem and was wondering if you had ever found a solution.

Thanks
