Whirlpool built in micro/oven combo unit wont heat after self clean - thermal fuse ok

Hello, I ran a self cleaning cycle on our built in Microwave/Oven combo unit and it fails to either bake or broil after that. Oven lights up, fan comes on during pre heat, control panel looks fine and microwave continues to work.
After reading this forum I thought the thermal fuse was at issue so I bought a new one 9759243 and replaced it (after coaxing my wife to help remove the unit). However the issue hasn't changed. I then tested the fuse I removed and I measure 0 Ohms resistance using a Multimeter across the contacts which indicates that the fuse had not blown in the first place. Now I'm at a loss for how to proceed.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
P

Oven 80 views but no suggestions? I'm still trying to figure out what to do. If there is another thread that is related pls do point me to it.
Thanks in advance for any help,
P
