Does anyone know how to remove the door and racks that slide on rollers in the freezer portion of the Maytag MFF2558VEM3? I want to gain access to the rear inside of the freezer because my fridge isn't cold but my freezer is.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

UPDATE: I figured out how to remove the freezer door - just loosen four screws a bit and pull up and it slides off. Also removed the bottom tray but can't seem to figure out how to remove the top tray of the freezer.
UPDATE #2: SOLVED - I figured it out, you have to push in two plastic tabs on each side of the rack and then it comes apart. Hard to describe so if anyone else runs into the same issue PM me and I'll do what I can to explain.
